Due to health concerns of the pandemic and for the safety of both parties, ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the moment. 
*Exchange or refund may be requested if fault was of HCM. Should this be the case, please contact us at  Support@hotcocomango.com. If determined the fault was of HCM, exchange or refund options with be discussed.
