When will my order be shipped?  

All orders are processed and shipped 1-3 business days after the order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

How do I track my package? 

Enclosed in your shipping confirmation email, you will find your tracking number that you can use to track your purchase. 

If you purchased Route tracking and package protection, you’ll be able to track you’re order on the Route app.


May I return my items for a refund/exchange?

Unfortunately, due to health concerns of the pandemic, ALL SALES ARE FINAL at the moment.

My tracking shows that my items have been delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?  

Please do the following:

If you purchased Route package protection during your check out, you can file a claim  on their website  at https://claims.route.com/

If you did not purchase  Route package protection, please contact the delivery carrier directly and file a claim.

HCM does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure shipping address is accurate.
